We are looking for a creative and motivated Junior Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 6 months of experience. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about digital marketing, eager to experiment with new ideas, and excited to grow in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You’ll be working across multiple channels, social media, content, email marketing, and PR, helping drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage social media strategies for both brands (LinkedIn, Instagram, X)
- Brainstorm and execute creative, out-of-the-box marketing ideas to drive brand awareness
- Write and schedule engaging content across platforms: posts, captions, email copy, and ad creatives
- Plan and implement email marketing campaigns using modern tools and best practices
- Monitor trends across tech, marketing, and AI to keep both brands culturally relevant
- Create and pitch compelling PR content and press stories to increase brand visibility
- Work with analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) to track performance and optimize strategies
- Collaborate closely with the product and design teams to ensure messaging and visuals are aligned
- Assist in building a community around each brand by engaging followers and generating leads
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of experience in a digital marketing role
- Familiarity with social media management, content creation, and scheduling tools
- Basic knowledge of SEO
- Basic understanding of CRM
- Experience with email marketing platforms and campaign execution
- Ability to use design tools (Canva, Figma, or similar) for quick asset creation
- Excellent communication skills and fluency in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (preferred, not required)
