We’re looking for a Junior Digital Marketing Specialist who is creative, proactive, and ready to take full ownership of our marketing. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, likes experimenting with ideas, and wants to make a real impact in a fast-growing, tech-driven environment.

Responsibilities
- Manage social media channels (LinkedIn, Instagram, X)
- Plan and execute creative marketing ideas to grow brand awareness and engagement
- Follow trends in tech, marketing, and AI and apply relevant ideas to our marketing
- Create and prepare PR content and simple stories to increase brand visibility
- Track performance using analytics tools (Meta Insights, Google Analytics, etc.) and improve campaigns based on results
- Work closely with product and design teams to keep messaging and visuals consistent
- Engage with the audience, build the community, and support lead generation effortslowers and generating leads
Requirements
- At least 6 months of experience in digital marketing
- Familiar with social media management and content creation tools
- Basic understanding of SEO
- Experience with email marketing platforms and running campaigns
- Ability to use simple design tools like Canva, Figma, or similar for quick assets
- Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks and results
- Good understanding of the main digital marketing channels and full marketing flow
- Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
- Fluent in English
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus
