We are seeking a detail-oriented Manual QA/Project Manager to oversee quality assurance processes and manage project timelines. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products while coordinating all aspects of project management within the startup team. Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute manual test plans and test cases.
- Identify, document, and track defects using a bug-tracking system.
- Perform regression testing and ensure thorough testing coverage.
- Collaborate with development teams to clarify requirements and facilitate issue resolution.
- Conduct performance and usability testing to enhance user experience.
- Plan, coordinate, and manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables.
- Lead teams through project lifecycles using Agile methodologies.
- Monitor project progress and adapt plans as necessary to ensure deadlines are met.
- Facilitate meetings and communicate updates to stakeholders.
- Maintain project documentation and status reports.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Highly proficient in spoken and written English.
- Proven experience in manual QA testing and project management.
- Familiarity with marketing/sales basics will be a PLUS
- Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
- Strong understanding of software development life cycles (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with automation testing tools is a plus.
